About

Little History
Once upon a time, Jelou (EIC) presented her “something spectacular” idea to her two best buddies, Audrey (Art Director) and Louise (Managing Editor) inside a nearby milktea shop. It was Audrey’s little birthday celebration that time and Jelou was somehow hesitant to talk about it for it seemed a little odd for the occasion. Although hesitant, she pushed through with discussing that musing to them, whilst going through a simple mobile-stored Powerpoint presentation. Her eyes lit up when her two buddies actually became thrilled about the idea, so Jelou had all the strength to open it up to some of her blockmates. The web of different people continued to grow and up to now, she couldn't believe they're already working-- sharing ideas, giving stories, and getting all cray over deadlines all together.

Charlie 'n' Charlotte is an online magazine aiming to let out the free, wanderlust spirit of the passionate youth. Charlie means “man”, while Charlotte means “free man”; these two are mixed to prove that every creative idea should not be caged inside a blank room.

The Categories
People
Roads converge and diverge, and so do people with a common penchant for a good conversation. These are stories from your day-to-day creative creatures; from those who passionately sit on the corner of a room, to those who choose to step up the game.

Music
Tones and voices feed and make us grow, together with good mixtapes played in the mid-afternoon. This side is for the ones whose souls are found in rhythms, and are much likely to dig through new artists and also relish the vinyls.

Places
When our feet decide to get our hearts lost in someplace grand, it’s always an exhilarating, and even often the better idea. Museums, cafes, unfamiliar streets and whatever haven your senses desire, we’ve braved ourselves to discover them for you.

Lit + Film
Narrations found in pages and on the screens have proved us that we can never decide on which story to tell first; beauty has been all-encompassing. Hit lists, analyses and a whole lot more favorites are contained in this lane.

Musings
Our own stories yielded from different places and molded from different phases of our lives are always worth telling. These are strings of words that have been laughed at, loved, or just made us feel whole and sane in one way or another.

Pop Culture
Today’s humans are maintained by peculiar visions and solid goals willing to ride along the wave of vast changes and anything that has been mushrooming in this colorful industry of the generation. These are practically the life-transitioning somethings under the sun.

Fashion
Streams of fabrics we physically get a hold of and pails of colors across glossy magazines have definitely molded beings on the way they see themselves and beyond. Anything inside your closet-- dresses, baseball suits, wayfarers; or even anything outside of it-- that grace-under -pressure smile, signature catwalk = let us talk about it.

Art
The universe is a masterpiece itself. We got you covered on different artists' Words of Wisdom, do-it-yourself shmancies and fancies, where-to lists, spirit-fulfilling galleries, and more, I'm sure. It's a wide world of lines and colors, after all.

Food
In lieu with our promise of a variety of adventures, we're also handing out a bucket of oozing-with-delight recipes, food spots lists, interviews and just any other yumyumyum-related leaps. A spoonful of sugar, a glass of tea, two cans of white sauce.. the list goes on.

Sports + Games
We definitely know what fun is, alright. Would you like some UAAP fanboy/girling-supported reads? Or maybe a write-up for the daily NBA buff? Or some tutorials on That-One-Online-Game-My-Brother-Couldn't-Leave? One, two, three... the world really is a playground, you see.

Editor's Section
